This Commercial Interior Fit Out Project included ALL possible phases of construction, including Permit Procurement, Demolition of existing 8500SF of Office Space, Bathrooms, Kitchenettes, Front Lobby and Conference Rooms. T3 Construction was the General Contractor on the job. Our contract included phases of site preparation and construction, including all Plumbing, Electrical, Electrical Identification, Repair and Replacement, Electrical Service Panels, Electrical Circuits and Conduit, Removal of all existing HVAC Units and Trunk Lines, Framing, Sheetrock Installation & Finishing, New Electrical Panels, Wiring, CAT 6 Communication Wires, HVAC Roof Top Unit/Solid and Flex Duct Installation, Hot/Cold Drain Lines, all State & Local Inspections, Construction of Two Hour Fire Rated Deck System, Masonry, Installation of New Anodized Store Front Door & Windows, Architectural Doors & Frames, Architectural Millwork Fabrication & Installation and all Finishes including Ceiling Grid & Tegular Edge Tile, Carpet, Paint, Ceramic Tile and Life Safety Items. This Office Headquarters in Buck County, Pa. now consists of 35 New Offices, Two New ADA Compliant Bathrooms,New Front Lobby, Conference Room, Mail Center & Kitchenette
